4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Website Subscriptions

Website subscriptions are processed through Whop. Payment terms, billing cycles, and refund policies are subject to Whop's terms of service.

4.2 Mobile App Subscriptions

Mobile app payments are made exclusively through Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Payment processes are subject to the policies of the respective stores. For refund requests, please contact the relevant store.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your premium access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused periods.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

6. Limitation of Liability

PickWise does not guarantee the accuracy of predictions, analyses, or coupons. Users utilize the information provided in the Service entirely at their own risk. We are not responsible for any financial losses or damages resulting from the use of predictions or any other content provided through the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time without prior notice for any violation of these Terms of Use or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
